Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
For your convenience, most items will be delivered as they become available. Items that ship via Standard Delivery will ship separately from furniture. In some cases, you will have the option to consolidate your deliveries. If your items meet the criteria for a consolidated delivery, you will be prompted to make that choice in the cart before you check out.

What upholstery materials are used on the Supreme TouchTech sofas?
Currently, two upholstery choices are available:
- Brushed Gray Slate is a micro-denier chenille with a classic brushed linen appearance.
- Mahogany Club Leather is an alternative leather material made from a PU polymer.
The cushions of both upholstery models are generously stuffed and formed with foam fiber on a durable wood frame with wood reinforced seats.
How do I maintain my furniture?
- Vacuum monthly to remove dirt, dust, and pet hair as these can cause fabric to wear faster.
- Avoid contact with items that may transfer color (newspaper, brand-new jeans).
- Cloth: Spot clean spills on cloth with a damp cloth
- Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and let dry
